United Way of Thurston County welcomes a new board member to its Board of Directors and installs two new officers.
United Way of Thurston County mobilizes the caring power of the community to fight for the health, education and financial stability of everyone in our community. As a nonprofit leader, we bring together individuals, groups, donors and service providers to help solve some of the most challenging social issues affecting Thurston County. United Way and its Board of Directors is a mix of leaders from the private and public sectors and reside throughout Thurston County. The existing Board of Directors elects new members.
United Way of Thurston County added Luke Minor with WA529, Washington College Savings Program to the Board this year. Ryan Betz with Olympia Federal Savings was named President of the Board, Meghan Vu with Panorama was named Vice President and Omey Nandyal with the Anonymously Yours Foundation was named Past President.
