April Food Day

We invite YOU to participate in April Food Day on April 1. This event aims to collect non-perishable food items to support local food banks and address food insecurity in our communities.

From March 22 to March 29, community members are encouraged to bring their non-perishable food items to designated drop-off locations across Thurston County. On Monday, April 1, our United Way of Thurston County team will facilitate the delivery of collected food items to the following local food banks:

  • Thurston County Food Bank
  • Yelm Community Services Food Bank
  • ROOF Community Services (serving Rochester)
  • Tenino Community Service Center/Tenino Food Bank Plus
